The default configuration is:

Add an <> tag for each error you want to handle.
The error tag will redirect the user to the Notfound.aspx page when the site returns the 404 (Page not found) error.

find Google talk create new shortcut
drag and drop this new creates shortcut means Google Talk (2) to desktop.
right click Google Talk (2) and select property in property window
target is"C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /startmenu
but replace it with "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex
and click ok.
Double click this Google Talk (2) short cut there is open new Google Talk window as many as u required.
