ANS:
How to Login with multiple ID in Google Talk ? for that nothing to download just set the property of shortcut of GTalk.
Click start then All Program
find Google talk create new shortcut
drag and drop this new creates shortcut means Google Talk (2) to desktop.
right click Google Talk (2) and select property in property window
target is"C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /startmenu
but replace it with "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex
and click ok.
Double click this Google Talk (2) short cut there is open new Google Talk window as many as u required.
